What this site stores
Demo submissions. When you use the demo form, we store your artist name, email address, track title, private listening link, optional message, your privacy confirmation and the time of submission. To prevent abuse we also store a one-way hash derived from your connection; we do not store your IP address itself. This data is kept in a private database that is not publicly readable and is used only to listen to and respond to your demo. We do not send automated emails.
Label review copy. For review by the label, the same form details (not the abuse-prevention hash) are also copied into a private PARADICE Google Drive folder and a private Google Sheets tracker. These are not public and are shared only with the people at the label who review demos. Google processes this data on the label's behalf under its own terms. Your listening link is stored as text only; nothing is downloaded or opened automatically. Automated tools may help organise submissions and flag new ones for review; they never decide whether a demo is selected — every selection is made through individual curation.
Display preference. Your day/night choice is saved in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
Third parties
The Spotify player loads only after you press "Load Spotify player"; Spotify then processes data under its own policy. Listening and social links open external services in a new tab. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts.
Your rights

Publisher and legal-entity details are listed in the imprint, which is currently being updated. This page describes the actual data handling of this website and is not a complete legal notice.
